Privacy policy

Who runs this site
The controller of personal data is Pavol Girašek, Czech Republic, e-mail support@tojiha.com. Tojiha is a non-commercial personal project; this page announces the upcoming website.
What data is processed
Only technical data that your browser sends with every request: IP address, browser and device information, the page address and the time. There are no forms or accounts here.
Hosting (WEDOS)
The site is hosted by WEDOS, a.s., Masarykova 1230, 373 41 Hluboká nad Vltavou, IČO 28115694, on servers in the Czech Republic. For security, the server logs technical data; WEDOS processes it as our processor and keeps it only as long as needed for security and operation. Details: wedos.com/privacy-data-protection/
Protection, delivery and visit statistics (Cloudflare)
Requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which protects the site against attacks, delivers it quickly and, from the technical data, shows us aggregated visit statistics (for example the number of visits, countries and most visited pages). It stores no cookies or scripts on your device for this. Cloudflare processes the data as our processor, also outside the EU, especially in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Legal basis
Legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably and in knowing how many people visit it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site uses a single cookie, tojiha_lang. It is stored only when you choose a language in the menu and remembers that choice for 1 year. It is strictly necessary for a function you asked for, so no consent is needed. There are no other cookies, analytics scripts or ads.
Sharing
The WhatsApp and Facebook links are plain links. Nothing is sent to these services until you click them; after that, their privacy policies apply.
If you write to support@tojiha.com, we process your e-mail address, name and message in order to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Recipient: our e-mail provider (WEDOS).
How long we keep data
Server logs at WEDOS (access and errors): at most 6 months. Aggregated visit statistics and the security event overview in Cloudflare (including IP addresses for intercepted requests): at most 31 days; how long Cloudflare keeps its own operational logs is set out in its policy. E-mails: at most 12 months after the matter is closed. The tojiha_lang cookie expires after 1 year and your browser then deletes it.
Further information
We do not sell data or pass it to anyone other than the processors named above, except where the law requires it. There is no automated decision-making or profiling. Providing the technical data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, but the site cannot be displayed without it. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to. Any changes to this policy will be published on this page together with their effective date.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing at any time; just write to support@tojiha.com. We will reply within one month at the latest. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your country.
